Great open dog park! In the summer they have fountains for filling up dog bowls. It doesn't have a smaller dog area if you like to separate them I've never had any issues with other dogs bc the owners always seem to be on top of it.

This is an awesome dog park. Probably the biggest one I've ever been too. There are water bowls everywhere and a nice walking path through it making it easy to avoid the dog land mines. Also a really cool tree that my dog loved to climb. Would definitely recommend.

Nestled next to the serene Jordan River and adjacent to Cottonwood Park, the Cottonwood Dog Park is a true gem for dog lovers and their furry companions. This expansive park boasts lush, grassy fields that seem to stretch on forever, providing ample space for dogs to run, play, and socialize. The fully fenced perimeter offers peace of mind, allowing pups to frolic freely without the worry of wandering off. One of the standout features of the park is its well-maintained walking paths, perfect for leisurely strolls or energetic jogs alongside your dog. These paths provide a great opportunity for exercise for both dogs and their owners, enhancing the overall experience. For those who enjoy spending a little extra time outdoors, the picnic tables scattered throughout the park make it easy to set up a relaxing spot for a snack or a meal. It’s a wonderful place to unwind with friends or fellow dog owners while your pets play. Overall, Cottonwood Dog Park is a fantastic destination that combines space, safety, and scenery, making it a top choice for any dog owner looking to enjoy a day outdoors. Whether you’re there for the exercise, the socialization, or simply the beauty of the surroundings, this park is sure to impress!

This is a great big fenced off-leash dog park right in the city. You have to park and walk a little ways to get to it. But they've cleaned up the homeless encampments pretty well. But the big open space is great for the dogs. And lots of other friendly dogs and people there. A great place if you want your dog to run and play.

Used this facility while waiting on some plane rides. Open space with lots of shade! It is fenced so feel free to let your pups run around. Had a few water bowls played out throughout the park and 1 fountain with fresh water.
