I give the park staff one star! It was unpleasant to be in the park today! It was very dirty!!! The playground surface is long overdue for replacement. I have serious complaints about the City of Henderson Park and Recreation Department; you're doing a poor job! Especially since funds are allocated for park maintenance!

It's not a bad park BUT they're toliets are HORRENDOUS. 2 toliets both female and males are overfilled to the brim with toliet paper and poop. There's only 1 toliet that works and it's barely holding onto dear life. The playgrounds are nice there's about 3 total 1 for babies, another for toddlers and one last one for mid teen kids. I honestly found the park to be nice and calming but those bathrooms are disgusting somebody needs to get them flushed out because it's atrocious.

About a quarter mile from Paseo Park, there is Discovery Park. There is tons of shaded areas and a large playground for children. There is also a sports facility to play tennis. I knew Sunset Park and many parks, there were some plaques of people that passed on, as if this park will be their final resting place but the body is not there. Kind of creepy.

Pretty nice park, gated and some shade by surrounding trees and a canopy, the toddlers are is not cover by a canopy so the swings and toddlers area will be scorching hot. Teenis court looks nice, bathrooms are clean, 4/5

Great park! They have a great toddler area with a play set for very small kids. There are two play areas. The bigger kid area is great, it has a shade cover. There is also a rock climbing area, swings, lots of slides and ample benches. Covered picnic areas and lots of grass. There are well maintained tennis courts, volley ball court, and a nice walking trail throughout. This park is very peaceful!
