Read more about Dog ParkCactus Wren Dog Park is a great spot for both dogs and their owners to enjoy some outdoor time. The park has a good-sized, enclosed area that allows dogs to run freely and safely, which is perfect for burning off extra energy. There are separate spaces for large and small dogs, giving peace of mind to owners with smaller breeds. The grounds are kept clean, with waste stations and bags available, making it easy to pick up after your pet. There’s also shaded seating around the park, so you can relax while your dog plays and socializes. The community vibe is friendly, and most of the dogs are well-behaved, making for a positive experience. It’s also located within a larger park that has playgrounds and open grassy areas, so the whole family can find something to do. A convenient, safe, and enjoyable dog park for the neighborhood.
Read more about Cactus Wren Dog ParkWhat a nice surprise! I had been camping down at Lake Mead and decided that I would go see the bighorn sheep, and then a dog park so Ziggy could run and play. There are multiple parks here I went to the one that is desert landscape with lots of trees and a covered picnic table. This place is huge! Ziggy loved it. It is like walking in a manicure desert. It was very clean. Did I mention how big it was! I will definitely make this a regular stop if I’m out on this side of town.
Read more about See Spot RunPretty decent park at Cornerstone. It’s in a beautiful location far away from the chaos of Vegas. The pond is full of turtles and ducks and the land occasionally has geese that aren’t aggressive. When walking the trail, you have the option of paved paths and one that is gravel. Be mindful of your step on the paved walk path due to geese leaving a little something behind. There are shaded gazebos as well that can cater to people wanting to have a picnic or throw a birthday party. Plenty of parking is available and there are bathrooms just on one side next to the parking lot.
