The park is very beautiful and well maintained. Great sunsets and spacious setting. Basketball courts and water play sprinklers are also available, and they are very fun. You can catch a drift of bunnies after sunset, and occasionally a coyote or two, looking for snacks. They have a dog park too, but unfortunately most owners prefer to have their dogs "minding" the kids sports play area. This has been the only disturbing thing about the park. I think the city should be more clear about dogs going to dog park area, and kids playing in the kids area. Mixing the two of them gets very "shty" results, not to mention totally unhealthy, for the kids that is. 🤣😂🤣

I had to stop to use the RR. Maybe it was the time of the day, or everyone was preparing for the Superbowl. But, the restrooms were immaculate. I was really impressed of the cleanliness of a public park. Kuddos to the parks/recreation workers.

Clean basic bathrooms. Not to busy when we went. Not a gate but a tiny wall that surrounds the playground lots of shade. Love the simple set up.

I loooove this park. I live next to green valley casino but I stumbled upon this park while wasting gas in my hybrid lol yes gas still over $5. The humans are very friendly. The dogs are well-groomed and play nicely. The grounds are well-manicured, plenty of pet waste baggies. i love how they have a trash bin of sand for stool that is not easy to pick up. Theres some shaded spots if you wish to visit during this hot summer. ( more shade on large dog side) There's also a covered picnic table to share. 2 areas: small dogs and large dogs. Pic of my son finding the shadiest mud puddle lol
