Went to walk the dogs at the park and stopped by the dog park. This is a great neighborhood dog park. My review is for the small dog side only. First off, this is a large small dog side. Second this is one of the few parks with real green grass. This place was super clean , didn't see any droppings. There's some bags available and a pooper scooper. The water was working and garbage can was emptied recently. My boys had a great time running around. I wish that there were some other dogs for them to play with, but I think that they had a good time.

This is a great dog park overall, but there is a stark difference between the small and large dog sides. Lush green grass for the small dogs, sandy dirt for the large dogs. Plenty of water and room to run, and every dog / human I've met there has been really nice.

Great dog park and it has separation between small (under 25 lbs) and large dogs. Not all poop is scooped up by all owners unfortunately, but the rest of us try to keep it clean. The grass can get muddy for some reason, but other than that it's great

The city of Sunnyvale should consider updating the signage for the area designated for dogs 25 pounds and under to include senior dogs. Older dogs often lack the energy to engage with larger dogs in the 25-pound and up section. My dog is a medium-sized beagle weighing 36 pounds, and he loves to bark—as beagles tend to do. Today, an Asian couple attempted to have my dog removed from the park because he was barking. However, he's not aggressive; he is 14 years old and can barely run. The couple, feeling intimidated by his barking, asked me to leave. I suggested they simply tell him to go away, as he wouldn't be a problem, but they were determined to have my elderly dog removed from the park. It’s disheartening to encounter such unkind people, which is why I try to avoid visiting the park often. My dog is too old to be in the large dog area, but he's also too big for the small dog area. It's important to have a safe space for senior dogs. Perhaps it's time for me to consider putting my senior dog to sleep and getting a smaller dog, around 25 pounds or less, to avoid these issues at the park.

Very Disappointed at the this dog park. Such a beautiful park, only to be faced with a low maintenance dog park. Me and my wife love walking around and enjoy seeing the sunset. Only for our lovely dog to not experience the same. We really hope the upkeep improves, along with bags to help keep it clean, can’t remember the last time this dog park, had bags.
