I can’t recommend DoggieLand Play Park enough. I’ve been bringing my dog Leo here for swimming as part of his physical therapy after TPLO surgery, and the experience has been outstanding. Jake and Lisa are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. They take the time to make sure each dog feels safe and comfortable in the water, which has made such a difference in Leo’s recovery. The private swim sessions are perfect for rehab, and it’s clear they genuinely care about each dog’s well-being and progress. If you’re looking for swimming, conditioning, or rehabilitation support for your dog in the Madison area, this is truly a special place.

We had a great time during our swim eval. The instructor Jake was helpful and gentle with our senior Shiba Inu Suki. She's 14 and has Cushing's Disease, and she loves to swim (atypical for Shibas!). Hydrotherapy is a great option for her. We are going to continue to book with Jake. He stayed next to Suki during her swim, helping keep her at a comfortable pace and gently stretching out her back legs after she had a nice warm-up. He observed no clicking in her joints, which was great to hear. She has muscle wasting from Cushing's, and this will be a wonderful way to strengthen her legs and keep her active during the cold winter months. The facility itself was modern and clean. The pool is downstairs, and there's a dedicated door to leave from so you don't run into the next client. Great if your dog is reactive or if you just prefer no contact with other dogs. They offered nice clean microfiber towels to dry her off with, plus a blow dryer made for pets that got underneath her double coat. Their life jacket available for rent was top quality, and they had a basket of different floating toys, all in good shape. The pool has a filter that keeps it clean while requiring very little chlorine. When you enter the room, it doesn't sting your eyes or cause an overwhelming scent, which is really nice. It's actually not that loud for a filter, either. We could talk over it easily. We didn't need to bathe Suki afterward because of the lack of harsh chemicals, we just dried her off. Suki wanted to go again after her turn, which was great to see. We're looking forward to our future appts! One note about accessibility - there are stairs down to the pool area, and once in there it is a relatively tight squeeze to get to the platform, which also has steps leading up to it. I have limited mobility but all of this was OK for me, especially because my husband could carry Suki. If you have limited mobility, I advise reaching out to Jake and Lisa. They're very accomodating.

Aggie had a great time! I wish there were a good place to walk her before we went inside, but that’s a neighborhood issue. The facility was clean and fun.

I signed up to use the playground/agility room with my dog on a cold day. It is such a great idea to have.an indoor place Iike this in Wisconsin, The owner was very nice and the room was nice and clean. I was a little disappointed because my dog has taken an agility class and I was hoping to practice with him. Because the main room was being used, we were given a different one in the basement. I think it must have been a puppy room, because it had smaller things, a few that I already have at home. We were not really able to practice agility on full sized equipment like the main room had. I would suggest that it be made clear which room you are signing up for online, and maybe a different price. Otherwise it was a really nice place and would recommend.

My dog had lots of fun! Great to have an indoor park, especially when it’s so cold outside!
