Has a wading pool for kids, several shaded seating areas (with tables), public restrooms/changing rooms. It's primarily a neighborhood facility for the folks living in that area

This is a great place, it seems particularly geared for smaller children, which is nice. My grand daughter had a great time running and playing in the splashing and squirting water, there's these cool big rocks that are drilled to have water spray from them as well! There are restrooms here, and a large playground right next to the splash pad. Parking is sparse but there wasn't many people there when we went. One complaint - and it's a definite problem. Within minutes my grand daughter was blinking and rubbing her eyes to the point she couldn't play anymore because her eyes were burning. I think there were too many chemicals in the water, other children were having problems with burning eyes too. Not sure who this needs to be reported to, but it needs to be checked, quickly. It kills the entire experience.
