It is a nice park, some of the people who come are super arrogant. Not sure if it is the area or bad luck. The lot was packed full because a near by school lets out daily in the late afternoons. 7 handicap parking spaces are open I pulled into one so my kids could hop in my car, mind you my car is running. A “Karen” for the lack of her name, comes up to me and starts in on me on how she “hates people like me” parking in handicap parking, I politely told her I’m not parked I am loading up, and there are 5-6 other spots adjacent to me for anyone else to use. (Still in my car with it running). Then she unloads her kids from the handicap parking. She kept coming back to my car to yell, kept coming closer and closer to try and pick a fight, I told her I am not parked or do I plan to, just let my kids get in my car. She herself wasn’t handicap, she had a high functioning downs child about 11 years old, he was completely able bodied and ready to get in the splash pad. She was still set on trying to fight with me. Meanwhile cars lined up behind us, due to the time of day and heavy traffic, still a few parents pulled in and out of handicapped spots while she argued with herself, finally I was able to back out. I am just glad she left my kids alone. She isn’t a police officer, but has no problem harassing people and scaring other kids on a splash pad? Her constant provoking behavior was not appropriate, I could see if I had parked illegally or if there are other places for my kids to get in my car safely, but there wasn’t. Watch out for Karen (she lives near by and hates people who don’t parking at the park), she has no issue yelling and approaching your vehicle with kids all around. Posting photos of parking (at any other time of day, super nice and plenty of parking), after school lets out it is packed for about 35-55 minutes around 3pm M-R (not the best time to show up for the splash pad, give it 30-40 min to clear out). To have someone come after me and yell how much she hates people, I front of kids was a bit much.

Nothing exceptional, but a nice little place for kids to play and stay cool. I love the grassy hill but there's no shade there whatsoever. My biggest gripe are the rocks placed around the stairs and elsewhere; the kids love to climb them and with there only being concrete everywhere, they are very dangerous. Luckily we didn't witness a fall - this time.

Loved this place! It's large enough that it doesn't feel crowded, even during peak times. In addition to getting to play in thewater, there are interactive areas where the kids can squirt each other with water cannons, dance in ground fountains, get drenched under self-dumping water buckets, or experiment with water gates and dams.
If the adults don't want to join on the fun there are covered picnic tables as well as areas of grass is you prefer to lay out on your beach towel.
Both my kids and I really enjoyed the Draper City splash pad.

Draper city did an outstanding job with this splash pad. The kids have so much fun. Very clean and well kept.

We love this splash pad. The kids love the two little streams running through this splas pad and the two waterfalls going down steps to race their boats in. There's also a fun little park right by it to go climb around. Still looks new and clean and everything works perfectly.
