An unfortunate example of Spokane's willful disregard of cultural and historic sites, and a prime example of the gatekeeping ethic so prevalent in Spokane. Unfriendly residents surround the barren and neglected open space. So, though the park could potentially be a piece in the history of Spokane and the events that person to the original indigenous inhabitants and their subjugation by the white settlers and industrialists, it appears today to be an uncomfortable and messy obstacle in the city General Plan, if one even exists, that is. I'm only giving it two stars for it's inherent historic significance.

This was a lovely hike with awesome views of the Spokane city. It's a very easy hike for pretty much anyone.

This park is not maintained like other parks. It's full of natural flora. Has good trails.

Such a nice park. Very clean; saw a couple deer, and some quail.

I frequently walk my dog here but only bcuz it's across the street. Calling this little plot of land a park is a huge stretch. It's a piece of undeveloped property, that's it. No bathroom, no water fountain, no picnic tables, no play equipment, there's nothing there! Not even grass! Its inhabited by deer and they keep the brush all flattened. That's the only maintenance that goes on there. Not a safe place to hang out.
