Plenty of parking. Several trails to explore. Great for Bird watching. Kids playground is fun. Lot of people come here for fishing. $6 for entry and parking. Worth it!

One of the best places to come and relax. No cellphone reception. No disturbance. You are surrounded by splendid greenery and fresh air. Climbing the Monument peak was an amazing hiking experience as well. This has an amazing golf course as well.

Beautiful place to hike. We went to Sandy Wool Park. Lots of wildflowers, variety of birds at thd lKe, cows in the pasture, has a playground and restroom next to playarea structure. Something for everyone visiting. Beautiful views of bay. only thing missing there is cellphone signal. If you are planning to meet someone there, make sure you decide on a location inside.

This park is great for everyone whether family or bachelor or couples. There are many hiking trail of moderate level. There is a very nice playground. Nice and clean restrooms. Lots of picnic tables. The best thing is the lake and a lot of geese and ducks swimming in the lake. Parking fee is 6$. The only downside is that you will not get cellular network but that’s a good thing for my husband lol. Also we saw many cows and there was a big barn for cows. So if you have kids it’s a must visit.

Lemme start with its size, it is indexed a very vast place. It has short and long trails. Also, it has playful features for the naughty ones, oops I meant for the little ones. Besides, there are plenty of clean and well stocked restrooms. Moreover, there are a bunch of barbecue stations with benches available for 1st come 1st serve basis. There's also a very large pond as well, just a quick reminder, fishing is allowed with two terms; 1st- Valid Fishing License is required. 2nd - Fishing is allowed as long as you have your loved ones below the age of 7. Just in case, double check it with crew people as you enter the park. Park ranger is always making himself present. I saw signs for a fee of U$10 or U$12 but didn't see anyone charging peeps who were entering the park. By the way, somewhere in this park, you can also see some people practicing paragliding, and there's a golf field believe or not. And watch out for them wild turkeys. Now, just go and have fun there with your loved ones because it is worth it.
