What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
The best public park I have been to !!!!! This entire park is divided based on the age group. They have a musical game system which is really cool. The restroom was nice and clean. There is also a dog park. The only con is that there is very less shade as no trees around the playground. So it gets pretty hot even around 5pm in September month. But evening is nice and cool.

Read more about Ed R. Levin County Park Entrance BoothThe gazebo by Sandy Wool Lake is a lovely spot for gatherings, relaxation, or simply enjoying the peaceful view of the lake and surrounding hills. It’s a quiet, scenic area that works well for picnics, small celebrations, or just a rest stop during a hike. 👍 What’s Great: Beautiful view of the lake and rolling hills, especially around sunset. Shaded seating area that’s perfect for hot days. Nearby walking trails make it a good stop for hikers. Great for family picnics or a quiet moment by the water. 👎 Things to Note: Limited seating inside the gazebo, so better for small groups. Can get a bit windy since it’s open on all sides. Parking is available nearby, but depending on weekends, it may get crowded. Restroom facilities are basic and not right next to the gazebo. 🌟 Overall Impression: A simple but charming gazebo with a relaxing view of Sandy Wool Lake. It’s not a big or fancy structure, but it adds a cozy touch to the park. Perfect for a calm break, a casual meet-up, or to just sit quietly and enjoy nature.
