It’s a small enclosure for dogs where all size dogs get in and try to play. Small dogs which tend be furrier, get dirty since it is all dirt and no turf or grass. The big dogs can really get rough with small dogs and ends being a dog park to avoid. Big no for white dogs. The city and park planners really messed it up. Chihuahuas are not the only small dogs.
