This dog park is well maintained and has a really nice trail leading to the off-leash area. There’s a creek along the way that dogs can play in, which I imagine is especially great during the summer. The off-leash area itself is pretty large. It’s not the most lively dog park — I’ve gone a couple times and been the only person or one of just a few — but when there are dogs, both the dogs and owners have been friendly. I’ve also noticed a good mix of both small and big dogs. One thing to keep in mind is that the bathrooms are closed during the winter, but there is a porta potty available. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a calmer, more low-key park.

Great dog park, with lots of terrain changes, wear good sneakers or boots, feel like a small hike, so many trails, so keep an eye on your dogs, some play park aggressive animals are present. Teens coming here to smoke weed, and we have seen so many transients on the path so stay safe, and keep an eye on your children. Don't walk the trails alone unless your dog can defend you or you know how to protect yourself. Lots of bird-watching opportunities here. Beautiful owls fly low in hunt mode at dusk, watch your small animals and your back. Owl aggression is real! Otherwise, soak in the scene, have fun

This place was so great for dog owners I almost didn't rate it so as not to let out the secret. Pro tip, the area by the old parking lot has an entrance to the most crowded area of the off leash area. If you have a nervous pup, go to the trails on the other side and come in one of the off leash trail areas. The boardwalks are also lovely

I love this "new to me" park and so do my dogs. I also get a good work out climbing trails and navigating bumpy pathways. Once you get to the off leash area there are many paths to take. The design of this park really utilizes space and trails to keep Visits interesting.

Nice place to walk. The off leash area is paradise of dogs.
