Good Dog PDX and Indoor Park are both Portland treasures. We are so fortunate to have found them even though we live a few cities away. We travel into town every two weeks for play and treats. It is such a wonderful, kind and Portland experience. From the rainbows 🌈 that let all know they are welcome to the extremely knowledgeable, patient and wonderful staff every visit is a joy. They have whatever you may need for your pup including an indoor pup park to get your dog tired and happy. We will always come back and are so grateful for Good Dog PDX. Thank you!

For sure, this IS a viable option for indoor play. But to be honest, it still feels... compact. It's spacious, but several times we hit the wall throwing balls and Frisbees. Our dogs are, well... their own characters and didn't really care too much about all the other play toys available. And there ARE plenty to choose from. Clearly, my dogs had the worst time. Look at those smiles. We only got a 30 minute, to see how they would like the new space and they did enjoy it. It's a little outta the way for future visits for me, but I'd recommend it. The store was clean, the attendant was nice, and the huge variety of toys available was awesome. If I lived closer, would definitely utilize this place more

Best pet store/indoor park in Portland, hands down. It's been a life saver for me on rainy days and hot days (there's air conditioning!) The park is great for socializing (for the dogs and humans), and the owner keeps a close eye and makes sure the dogs are playing safely, which is paramount for my shy pup. She loves it there and is always so excited when she realizes we're heading in! I can't recommend this place enough, I have absolutely no desire to go to any other pet store. The fantastic brewery next door is also quite the added bonus!

After over a week of ice, our dog couldn't handle not getting some energy out. We booked a private session at the indoor dog park here and it was exactly what he needed! This place is so clean and the guy who was working was so kind. He thoroughly cleaned the area before we played and after we played before the next session. The store attached has a lot of awesome goodies so we made sure to purchase something after we played! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Scheduled playtime for my dogs here and it was such an uncomfortable experience. The guy working there anxiously creeped on us the entire time. My dog ended up pooping after a few minutes of running around (pretty sure that happens to most dogs), and even though I bagged it up and used the cleaner and mop, he accused me of not cleaning it up because it still smelled bad in the room. When I showed him the wet area from cleaning it up, he said he was worried it was actually pee. I assured him it wasn’t, as it was just a wet spot from cleaning, not a puddle. This was so awkward and so uncomfortable. Especially coming from someone who works at a DOG store/park. I’m respectful and cautious of my dogs’ behavior. They are well behaved, and NOTHING about our visit seemed out of the ordinary to warrant this creepy and shaming treatment. Will not return. Two stars only because an indoor dog park is a nice idea in theory, just poorly executed in this instance.
