Just wanted to say thanks so much to GF Parks for the incredible new skatepark on behalf of all the Grand Forks skaters!! Had a blast at the new Grand Opening of Phase 2 of our awesome new skatepark in town! George and Jill and their team are all the nicest people and could tell they really support our skateboard community here even though they don't skate themselves. I thought it was really special that they made this happen and just wanted to express my gratitude for their efforts and coordination to make our new skatepark happen! You guys are the best and I wish you all the best!!!

The grand forks parks district is wonderful. Lots of events, splash parks etc. The only down side i have seen is the summer baseball program. It is pretty bad. The "coaches" are students. There isn't a real league. The twice weekly meeting at the local park DONT teach the kids how to play or any real fundamentals. It's not organized they need to teach them how to really play the game, have outs and have winners and losers. They need a little friendly competition!

Would like to give a shout out to the Grand Forks Park District for their help, dedication and hard work for helping the Rydell Skatepark become a reality. Special thank you to Bill Palmiscno and Jill Nelson, it was a pleasure to work with such a professional staff on the promotion and organization of watching this dream come true. They did a outstanding job with the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. We are so proud to have such great partners in this community! -Rydell Cars
