Island Park

They have a dog park, a playground, a tennis court, and a pavilion.

Clean and quite park right next to a stream. There is a tennis/pickle ball court, two baseball diamonds, a dog run, and a large new playground. We went on a Sunday morning and we had the playground to ourselves!

Island Park is great! Bike trails, boat launches, ball fields, fishing spots, picnic shelters, and all pretty secluded from any major traffic. Plus the water is never that deep, so I don't have to worry as much about my son who can't swim. It's super accessible, and you really get to meet a broad swath of people here. It's what I wish every park was like! We go here all the time, and it's a great place in all seasons.

Very Clean River Access for fishing and a wonderful dog park across the street.

Took my client to the dog park with their pup; she Loves this park! And my client enjoyed it, too. The view next to the river is beautiful & the park is kept up well. Lots of clovers & space to run, plus there's two sitting areas. Extra clean-up bags are also supplied, and it's right next to a playground for the kids and across the street from the softball diamonds. Friendly place, and the other dogs we met there were also very friendly.
