What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
1st The name is The Johnson Park Dog Run (it is City of Racine Park )The map as shown is not accurate, shows the south end of it as park but is actually private land that has a fence accross it since it was bought last fall
Read more about Caledonia Dog Park, dog water landing 2Great dog park! Lots of nice trails with pretty scenery of the fields, woods, and the nearby river. My dogs loved swimming in the river. A few benches available along the trails to take a rest if needed. Would give it 5 stars if the park was fully fenced in, but it's only fenced in certain places. So it's very important for dogs to know how to come when called at this park, for both dogs' and human's safety. Good recall is a must. Overall a great park! Will definitely return. (Bring mosquito/tick spray!)

A water feature includes a frog pond, fast moving river that breaks down into a slower stream. Lots of wildlife, native prairie grasses and trees including apple and walnuts growing along the trails. Easy to walk, loads to enjoy.
