I really like this park. It's pretty spacious considering the location, in my opinion. There's a cool statue, workout equipment stations, a playground, big trees, plenty of grassy space, and one of the best views you can find anywhere of the richmond skyline. I would like to see the bathrooms reopened; they are closed and locked. But I really love this park. I come here with my dog almost every day nowadays. Come hang.

I primarily visited the Trails to Mountain Bike trails. I love them! I try to stick to the Blue trails or more challenging ones to continue practicing and improving my skills. They are very good. However, I do find some signage is missing or inaccurate, and where some trails cross, it can be confusing. I also noticed that some trails were not passable due to fallen trees and larger branches. I may need a little help navigating those. Additionally, it appears that most Black trails, as they aren’t used, are overgrown with weeds and plants that can scratch you on the way down. Overall, it’s a great and enjoyable place to ride.

Such an amazing place. It has great view of the Richmond skyline, play area for kids, picnic tables and chairs to be with friends or by yourself. It has external gym installations which was just mind blowing!

Beautiful park! Came here with my husband and our 3 year old son. Great views. People were nice. Bike tools available. Fountain. Playground.

Jefferson park provides something for everyone. I visited on a Sunday morning, and it wasn't crowded. There is a short path for walking, and a couple of playgrounds if you are trying to keep children entertained. I also liked the bodyweight exercises equipment installed along a lower path! The park is on a hill which provides a great view over Richmond, too!
