First Time going to this Park it was Very Beautiful, lots of trails wood bridges over a bubbling creek. Very secluded. There are trails to hike for people of different fitness levels. There is old growth and new growth. Also I have lived in Oregon 58 years there is moss in lots of Oregon but this park has tons of moss it's gorgeous.

A well maintained (trees cleanly cut, bushes trimmed back properly, etc) nature park with a medium sized hiking/walking loop and significantly stunning views! Major downsides included the used needles close to the bathroom (we did not use the bathroom as it was also filthy and I only happened to wander over as my son wanted to check out the small open area close to the restrooms), used toilet paper scattered throughout quite a few different areas of the park, dog owners who do not leash their pets, and evidence of people camping near the entrance of the park as well as living out of their cars. Fairly busy park for an area that is tucked back in a far South neighborhood. May be back for Spring when it’s less muddy.

I like this park because it's quite expansive. There are so many species of mushrooms too! Quiet with low foot traffic in the fall, my favorite time to hike.

Went for a ride today. Beautiful park. Paved areas, trails through trees areas and along the creek. Some floodplain areas that floods when heavy rain season. Near parking area is an area area to work a horse and a hitching post. My first visit here was because its listed for Equine use on parks and rec page. Looking for local places to ride. This is a beautiful wild park I hadn't been to in many years, since the 1970's. Everything is lush and green this time of year (early June). We walked the trails and kind of got lost for a little while. There is no map at the entrance to show how the trails traverse the park. There are also no markers on the trails. When you come to an intersection, it's a coin toss which direction to go. But we made it back to the parking area finally.
