Very peaceful and spacious park in the Metairie area. I was in the area today for some book drop offs, so I decided to visit Lafreniere Park since the weather felt really nice. There are a lot of hills to go up and down on. Various soccer fields are available. There’s also an outdoor stage for concerts and festivals, cute geese and chickens walking along the trail way, and overall a lot of nature in sight. Overall, a pretty nice park.

The most beautiful park and place to watch all sorts of wildlife. It’s pretty unbelievable how pristine they keep this place, right in the city. I love coming to watch all the ducks, small mammals, and other critters, especially around dusk when they’re the most active. Such a beautiful place.

I really like this park it was very large and had a lot of different things for you to do. It was quite peaceful and relaxing early in the morning to be able to sit and enjoy coffee while just taking a break and collecting my thoughts.
