It has been an Amazing Experience apartment shopping with Yvette from the Leasing Department. The whole team including Edward and Julien was Amazing! From the beginning of the viewing of my options to the final closing. Top Notch professionalism, step by step guidance through each phase. Yvette is a Very pleasant human being to talk to. No matter how busy she was she made me feel top priority and encouraged me that what God has for me is for me. My first apartment shopping experience was one for the books and my new home is Beautiful.

Wonderful place . Very clean the gym is awesome . The rooftop is beautiful especially at night. . They have an infinity.pool that is never crowded super clean . They even have a dog park along with flowing water fountains that brings out the harmony at the place . Had Daniel help me move in did an outstanding job . He took time to explain all the details regarding the lease I was very happy with his patience to explain the details to Me . And I had wonderful milli who is also just as awesome who always had the time with a smile to help us . I would definitely recommend this place to everyone . It’s such a wonderful and zen place to be . It’s wonderful place for singles married or professional people who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life to come home and relax at your beautiful abode . The place is next to hard rock stadium that is within a walking distance from Laguna gardens . Their price is excellent compared to Miami prices and the units are new with a wonderful designs and architecture .

Evi Ortiz is an amazing leasing professional. She was very communicative and her dedication is very outstanding. Overall a wonderful experience and being that I was pregnant throughout the process she was understanding and it was quick and easy. :) Be blessed.

Their support has been truly exceptional, and I've been so incredibly impressed with how consistently they've managed to shine and deliver exceptional service , even when they’ve been under a lot of pressure. It's genuinely inspiring to see them excel so brilliantly when things get busy. I'm incredibly grateful for all their invaluable assistance; their help & support have made a huge difference. We're really lucky to have them! Franklin was also helpful when I had a maintenance issue but he was only there for one day!
