Lake View Park is a 2.96-acres park settled near neighborhoods, behind Lake View Middle School. There is little parking on the street, a pathway to walk or ride a bicycle along, along with a playground, surrrounded by a small all grassy area. It appears to have once had Restrooms available and potentially a community building but it is boarded and condemned at this time. 🚻🚫 No Restrooms (signs are up but there is no access) 🐕 This park is decent to bring your dogs to but not during school arrival/dismissal times 🧺 Benches but no picnic tables 🏞 Grass area surrounding playground 🌳 Some Trees for shade 🚗 Parking on the street is limited 💧🚫 Water Fountain 🗑 Trash bins 🛝 Playground This park has the older red/ blue/ beige playground structures that are surrounded by sand and intended for ages 2-5 and another for 5-12 years old. Both structures offer slides and stairs to run along. The playground structure intended for 5-12 years old offers some various climbing ladders, monkey bars, 2 slides, an off-center spiral pole to twist down and Fireman Pole. Overall this park has a long way to go before it's score will be raised. I would hope it's on the list for remediation soon... 🤞

This is located by my granddaughter daughter's school. It's a great park for younger and older kids. The park is clean and plenty of room to run around with three picnic benches.

Great place for dogs. Not a good spot to sleep at night or day. They have a white pickup truck police force that will try to bust you if you do. So i advise extreme caution if you decide to stay the night!
