Lansing Park is a cute little park , in Salem, Oregon. It's not very big, and I gave it 3 stars just because it's really loud from traffic as it's right up against a very busy street. There also isn't very much shady places out of the heat here either. It's very green and clean though!

This is a really small park on the edge of a busy street. It's honestly a really nice park. Somewhere you'd go for a nice quiet picnic. There's a bridge, with a small creek, and a good amount of forest to explore. There's a tiny playground to keep kids occupied, but it's not the best, and might not keep them occupied for too long. On the other end of the park, there's a giant concrete square in the ground for something or other. One of the downsides though, is that there is some homeless population in this park, seeing as it's mostly a big grass field. In conclusion, come here to explore and have something to do, but it probably won't become the favorite hangout spot.

No restrooms. A small playground for toddlers on the south end. Parking lot gate has been locked for some time now to keep the homeless from living there. Might be a good place to walk your dog

The positives: There's nothing wrong with this park. It's just plain. There's a small playground, a water fountain and a bridge over a ditch or small stream. They also have a dog bag station which is nice. What could be improved: No restroom or outhouse available. Parking is not convenient. The parking lot is on the opposite side of the park as the playground. If you want to park by the playground you need to park on the street in a residential neighborhood or in a small pullout on Hawthorne.

Nice park next to a mild busy interstate. Good place for a small picnic with a very small creek going across it. Once you cross the bridge that goes from the park, you'll get to a very nice field that has a mini trail going around it
