Great place to walk whether you are alone or with friends. Also a great place to bring your dog for a walk. Everyone is friendly. The dogs I encountered were all well behaved with responsible owner’s. I enjoy walking in nature here.

We love taking our dogs hiking here. There is usually plenty of parking but it can fill up. We love an afternoon weekday hike here

Gorgeous park. Kids, teens, adults & pups all loved it. We rented the pavilion and it was awesome to have trails and covered tables.

We LOVE Palmer Park! It is so big, so many trails, and how cool is it that it's in the middle of the city! We have hiked there several times since moving to the Springs. Lazy Land Trail has a good deal of shade, which is important with the intensity of the sun here. We walked it today and then went on to Templeton Trail, which we have used a lot. Templeton Trail covers a lot of the area. It is pretty quiet in there even though the roads aren't that far away. If you want a shady hike, try Lazy Land, Telmpleton, and Brenner. All are good! :)
