This is the first time I've given such a low rating. And the park really is magnificent! But why should park visitors pee in the bushes? There are public restrooms in the park, but they are locked! It says the park is open until 10 pm! That's rude to visitors.

The playground is nice, but it may not be the most comfortable place to visit with a child. There are often people sleeping around the area, which can make some families feel uneasy.

Not a Bad Place Now.. The Billie Jean King Main Library and the Lincoln Park area have changed Places since the Civic Center was Planned in the Early 1970's..

Very nice new park located downtown next to the library. Nice new equipment, and plenty of grassy areas to hang out, and even a dog park area is available. Nice place to bring the family! The homeless start gathering after dark, so just be aware.

Can’t even play at the park… so sad and who is paying the taxes these people seem to have more rights! I’m sick of it!
