Good amount of space for the dogs to run and play off leash. Lots of picnic tables and benches for their owners. There's a small and large dog park which is nice. Plenty of bags and tools available to clean up after your dog. Just bring your own ball or frisbee! We will be here on a regular basis. :)
It was getting hot and we had been at the beach and we're starving. So we found this place and took the ice chest and had a picnic. Shady, playground, and has a dog park. Quiet place to get out of the Texas heat.
It's a great park with something to do for kids, adults, and even dogs. Great dog park and I would give it 5 stars but the freaking grass is loaded with stickers. I bet I picked out a good 50 stickers from my dogs paws and coat.
Wonderful location for families, fitness or furry friends. Probably one of the best dog parks in the Galveston/Houston area, facilities for tennis, basketball, a track, several seating areas for picnics or just relaxing in the shade. And the playground is great for kids of all ages. Not to mention it's the only playground in town with a ideal spot for pull ups. Great park.
Lovely experience here. Came with my parents and older sister plus our 4 dogs. It was great for the dogs, they were able to stretch there legs after a 4 hour car ride and we had picnic plus a little nap in the sun. Visiting in November is beautiful.
