My son & friends went on opening day they had a great experience..it has plenty activities,enough parking, it was extremely crowded they probably didn't plan well for grand opening it was springbreak/ On Good Friday/ A holiday weekend so it was chaotic at the end police was present fights happened[we had sense to leave a bit early] handled successfully i do feel they need age cut off range [2-14yrs.old] security present I will go again something fun for the children to do and within travel distance we've usually frequent the Hampton,VA location during nicer weather & schedule availability thats hour away though but really fun & nice No photos at this time because there on my sons phone mine was acting up

⭐⭐⭐Not a bad place, great place for kids. But the lines up front where the cashiers need to be organized much better. 3 out 5 stars .

I went there for the grand opening we waited in line and had to get back in line again it was fun at first and then got boring very fast it's not much to do it was very ghetto there was fights with guns and police and everything and the unlimited ticket is definitely not worth the 35$ I will not be coming back ever again
