Whitney was absolutely amazing!! She worked with both my friend and I. She was kind, caring, and patient with us and she showed pride in her place of work. I would 100% recommend. She was beyond amazing!!

Me and my partner lived here for around 4 years. Just moved out. Terrible time the whole time. Moving in, the kitchen window was broken and didn’t lock, said they’d fix it. They NEVER fixed it. Moving in, closet doors were barely hanging on, said they’d fix them, and NEVER fixed them. After moving in, the bathroom fan caught on fire. Maintenance took about 8 months to even replace it. Then they did a terrible patch job. Then our tub upstairs was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. It took several maintenance crew attempts to fix it. The botched the ceiling patch. Even left the mess for us to clean up after they repaired it. Also, every time maintenance came for the tub, the kept re-culking which just kept molding and they’d culk over the mold. Bed bugs took over a year to get taken care of because Brian wouldn’t help us. We got them after a new neighbor moved in, but he wouldn’t check the neighboring apartments. Now that we’ve moved out, they told us we had until the 9th, so we turned keys in on the 8th. The email states the LEASE ended the 9th, so anytime AFTER the 10th there would be a prorate for rent. Now they’re trying to charge rent from the 1st to 9th!! Over $400!! When we followed the email and was out on time. Very rude staff. Does not care about properly fixing anything and blames tenant for things they caused.

We had a great experience touring the property! Whitney was very kind, patient, and thorough when explaining the pricing and details of the unit. She made the entire process easy and stress-free.

WHITNEY is amazing. We were struggling with the application and she helped us through it all. And the place is stunning. Checks everything for me.

My boyfriend and I lived here from August2020-August2021. Overall our experience was mediocre at best. We experienced several issues and for the most part received 0 help from the property manager Mary. We noticed immediately after move in that this wasn’t the place we saw online, nail holes in the walls, doors painted to the frame, backwards knobs, our toilet was LITERALLY in the wall, Bathroom sink hung on by a thread and required several repairs, all of which we did ourselves. our thermostat wouldn’t operate properly and we had to threaten BBB to get someone. The upstairs of the apartment was over 90 degrees every single day. Trash littered in and around the complex and every building. Graffiti on building walls, old appliances, rotted laminate flooring, and the list goes on. Anytime we had brought an issue to Mary, she not only did not help us or return phone calls, but chose to verbally insult us instead on repeated occasions. Always has an attitude, and everything is your fault. The photos on their site are not what the apartments actually look like. I have pictures from my back yard that I will be uploading. Please if one review sways your decision to move here or not let this be the one. Now the reason I am even giving one star is because Brian not only remember our names but was always respectful.
