This is a beautiful park but unfortunately, people like this make the experience less than ideal when they let their dogs run off-leash and their dogs don't recall on command. If you know anything about dog behavior, you know it is unsafe for leashed and unleashed dogs to interact. Go to a dog park if you want your dog to be able to run unleashed.

Great open and undeveloped place. Great place for walking. theres a surrounding railroad called the saint clair line its safe to explore as no trains really go on it the only hazard is i have seen a bear in the distance with its cub. also when you reach the part where the railroad looks to be in better shape turn back as this line merges with 52 seattle subdivsion a very busy railroad. otherwise exploring the track is mostly safe

Great dog walking park... Lots of trails and open area... Terrain is mostly flat and manageable.

Mixed reviews - it's a pretty spot but overrun by dog owners that ignore the DOG MUST BE ON LEASH rule. Would be great if all the dogs were on leashes. Please, if you go there with your dog, put it on a leash as required so everyone can enjoy the park. Thank you!

Some of the best public Garry oak savanna left in this part of the south sound. lots of great trees like pacific dogwoods and california hazelnuts everywhere. this is scrub jay city. there's also some good wildflowers like Fawn lillies here. this place should be protected. Sadly they cut down some of the oaks and there's a lot of irresponsible dog owners. 5 stars anyway just for the great habitat
