It's a nice park, and well maintained. My only quibble is that the map legends all show an icon for "off-leash dog trail" but it shows up nowhere else on the map, just the legend. Where is this illusory dog trail? If I do manage to find it are we safe to enter, or will we fall into an off-leash hole in the universe? Important questions.

Thurston County off-leash dog park is directly adjacent to the closed loop park and although we see lots of people in the dog park, I have never seen anyone in the closed loop park.

They celebrate every year Memorial Day here in this park with the "Wear Blue: run to Remember." It has lots of trails to walk and run and has a nice playground for kids. Lots of things to do

It's a friendly clean neighborhood park. There's a toddler and an older kids playground. Several benches and tables offer nice sitting including a gazebo for plenty of shade. A half court is included for basketball, and the grass field is massive. Plus it's right off of the Chehalis Western Trail.
