The McDonough Zachery (sic) Park is a great area in the neutral ground between Toledano and Pleasant Streets. The park is named after John McDonough, a benevolent man who left a huge amount of money to the City and James Zacherie, a former City Councilman. The area is lovely with comfortable seating and gorgeous old growth oak trees providing shade.

Lovely walkway park along Pleasant Street and Toledano Street stretching one block between St Charles Ave and Prytania Street. There are a rock benches to sit on in the middle of the street and free Trash bags to pick up the dogs poop too!
