My Lord this park has some history I would say if you go to the back end of the parking lot you can find some needles if you're really looking or condoms I know I lost a drone at this park cuz I let my friend fly it into a tree but overall a very fantastic park this park has gone over some renovations to the playground and the ball fields are really nice if you can hop the fence And if you walk all the way to the back end of the park you can find a small trail that leads to the Jewish cemetery next door that snack shack is almost never open but when it is the food's not terrible but like there's a McDonald's down the street and like restaurants all over Lawrence. I would also just say the park is perfect and quiet when there is no Little League games going on but they are very fun to watch if you do show up for a game but the bleachers could be a bit better because they are just metal and always outside but like who reviews parks? I guess me. Why would you a park though? Like I'm an adult I don't play in parks I just walk them to get my steps in and like maybe I have been on the swing a few times but like it's worth it and like nobody can stop me unless I show up very late at night and like I get trespassed then maybe I'll get stopped also there was like a rumor going around that there was a homeless man that was living at the park and I would like to just clarify that is not me and you don't need to go looking by the creek there's no tent anywhere around the park and like you don't have to go looking for it also if you go through that back trail that I mentioned before that leads to the Jewish cemetery you won't find me there either because I wouldn't be stupid enough to drop my backup location if I was the homeless guy that was out there I'm not saying I'm the homeless guy but if I was the homeless guy I would not just go saying go check by the creek or go check behind the Jewish cemetery a bit

The playground is neglected they need to replace some broken games! But has good baseball ground

Nice baseball diamonds but not for public use. Basketball courts are good and a nice short walkway around park. Playground needs updating and cleaning.

Clean and family friendly park. It is a large park with mostly baseball diamonds. They have a kids playground area, although it is a little run down.
