This is one of the best spots in Lawrence that's on the river and the canal's run out along the park right into the river but it has a beautiful small waterfall and there are picnic tables and a few small trails and a large gazebo in case it rains for a minute...great place to go relax and think about life

This is an awesome place to bring your pups. The fenced in off-leash space is big and others have left balls & Frisbee to play with. The trails around nearby sesquicentennial park are plentiful and a great way to stretch both yours & your pups legs. Lots of fun!
