We moved in May 1st 2024, I am leaving this review because I had nothing but a good experience here. Every time we had guests over, they always commented how they loved our place. The layout, size etc. we lived in unit 656. The staff was very on point the whole time we were there. Any time I logged into my account and left a message/request, I always got a reply back very quickly. Fridge filters, A/C, whatever it was they were always on top of it and never made us feel like our requests were an inconvenience. The security always treated us good and the property managers Tiana, Natalia, Austin were so easy going and always pleasant to deal with. This was my experience and honest review.

They are trying to jack up prices for tenants.
They just gave us 3 weeks to decide if I want to renew my lease - and if I do, rent is going up $70/month on an already expensive cost. In LAWRENCE. These are Boston prices. If I want to do month by month they’re going to increase by $400/month and there’s nothing tenants can do. SHAME ON YOU.
The walls are paper thin, the hallways and entryways smell like dog urine. They just revoked our guest parking passes because there isn’t enough parking for tenants. The neighborhood is unsafe to say the least.
The staff is wonderful and that’s literally the only upside.
Cannot wait to move out.

While the units at Riverwalk have an appealing aesthetic, the experience of living here has been frustrating on multiple levels. Let me start by saying I have rented for over 10 years and have never broken a lease before this and have truly never written a bad review. I wish I had listened to the 3.3-star reviews before I moved in.
The paper-thin walls mean I can hear virtually everything my neighbors do, including their late-night parties which management has completely failed to address despite multiple complaints. The office staff routinely takes 7+ days to respond, if they respond at all.
The construction quality is poor beneath the surface. In winter, my heating bill reached a shocking $394 (for a 1 bed, 1 bath), partly because the heating system is poorly designed with ducts primarily upstairs, leaving the first floor 7-12 degrees colder than the upper level. So to have my place sitting at 66°, my heat needs to be set at 78°.
The units get overwhelmingly dusty and the water leaves pink water marks no matter how often and well you clean, and the washer and dryer provided are subpar at best. The appliances in the kitchen are actually great though.
The concierge team is amazing and honestly one of the few redeeming qualities this place has. They do their best to be friendly and helpful to the residents, and I've gotten to know a few personally—all great!
Parking is a constant headache, and during winter months, the sidewalks remain dangerously icy and snow-covered due to inadequate maintenance.
Now I'm being charged to break my lease early (of course I signed the lease knowing there'd be a buyout clause with Lupoli—but Princeton has done nothing to help navigate these issues besides offering my security deposit to go towards the buyout fee of $4,700—which I think isn't an adequate solution) despite leaving due to these ongoing issues that management has failed to resolve. Save yourself the hassle and expense of discovering these problems after signing a lease.

Interior of the apartments are nice but terribly thin walls and electric bills that never made sense. Always higher usage than expected.
Also, the parking garage that they have as an option for parking will outright refuse to respond when trying to cancel your pass there after multiple outreaches, and continue billing you long after you move out. I recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Love my apartment at the East Lofts. The bones of the apartment are solid. Appliances done right, woodwork done right, materials all beautiful! Love the huge closets and the shower/ bathroom are my favorite! Also everything around the building (outdoors) is really coming together. They have epic dog parks set up with 6 separate sections, there a great walk along the river to walk your dog, and they have a dog washing station. They keep the place above and beyond clean; every day the large crew they have cleaning does a wonderful job. There also is a great sense of community here I find overall the staff and residents to all be helpful and kind(which is definitely not always the case). The floors each have different added areas : coffee stations, gym, tv room, they have an awesome event room to host parties etc . Then there is Salvator’s Restaurant in walking distance, hair salons, gyms, doctors, nail salons, a dog groomer across the street, the Commuter train station is directly across the street. I could go on and on- but check It out for yourself !
