every time i go here theres a new trail or new decorations. theres a baseball field, really nice heated indoor bathrooms, a concession stand (i've never seen it open). the trails are paved for biking, roller skating. Theres a Japanese garden by the entrance. It's decorated for every holiday. In the evenings, it is crowded with dog walkers.

When I shop at Home Depot, I make it a point to go to the Mundy Miracle Commons Trail, which is next door practically. A 10 foot wide blacktop pathway meandering through the woods, one loop is a mile, and the other loop is 0.9 miles. There are benches along the path to rest if needed. There is a new building on site that Is now open with three public restrooms and a concession area, I assume, as there is a baseball field under construction for children and adults with mental and physical challenges. The baseball field is now blacktop/asphalt, which makes sense as it is set up for disability people. I enjoy walking through the woods and seeing some rabbits, squirrels, and birds. It's open 7 days a week. I haven't been there in the wintertime, and I imagine it would be fun to cross country ski there. There is a Porta potty at the edge of the parking lot. But since I was there last time. The new building with public restrooms is now OPEN! Very nice restrooms. Three. Restrooms set up as males. Family and females!

Very nice walking/skating trails. No playground for the kids yet but it looks like they're working on slowly building more things. My kids still loved to walk around and pick the wild flowers, and do the random hopscotch that are painted on. It does flood a little when it rains but my kids thought that made it that much more fun.

A safe and extremely beautiful trail. I was in awe at how much space is here and how well kept it is. A wonderful place to walk, cycle, jog, and walk your dog. There are lots of handicap parking spots as well as a porta potty at the entrance. The paths are extremely wide so I don’t feel crowded when a cyclist passes me while walking. I can hear so many birds and they even have small bird houses on some of the trees. There are benches scattered across the trail. One of the best trails I’ve walked in Genesee County. Highly recommended!!!

It's an okay place to walk, not the greatest. It's an up and coming place, under construction, which means loud noises and blocked off areas. Which I don't have a problem with at all, but other people might. Huge problem I have been noticing is people off leashing their dogs to play fetch on the hill, I walk around 7pm and there's 2 main people I see doing this. It's not allowed. There's numerous other parks and places to do that, this is a community place and there's now a place of business here too. As a dog owner of a not friendly dog, I should be able to enjoy this place that is LEASHED DOGS ONLY, without worry, but I can't. Also to note, there are coyotes active here at dusk 7-8pm, you can hear them. Sometimes there's dead animals on the sides of trails. There was a dead rabbit that wasn't picked up for 2 days, I wish they maintained better. I'm unsure why they are cutting down trees too, there's already an extreme lack of shade issue in the summer as other reviewers have stated. I can't walk here in the summer because it's too hot for my dog. I really do like this place, it's one of the very few paved trails in the area, and a nice restroom too! Just some stupid people making it unenjoyable lately, wish the "leashed dogs only" rule was enforced.
