One of the best parks in Utah. Friendly people, great walkability, incredibly friendly squirrels. One walked up to me and quite literally started asking me about my thoughts on the TV show "Abbott Elementary." She was a big fan of Quinta Brunson, and I respect that. Quinta is fantastic.

Murray Park is such a nice spot to hang out. The walking paths are super clean, and the whole place just feels chill and welcoming. There are lots of benches and grassy areas where you can kick back, have a picnic, or just enjoy the day. It’s great for families, dog walks, or even just going solo to read or clear your head. The flowers are really pretty too, and it’s cool seeing all the spots set up for bees and butterflies. Just a great all-around place to spend some time.

Today I’m focusing on the beautiful rose garden at Murray Park. Every year these roses and the volunteers who tend them just feed my soul. It is rare these day to see roses of this caliber maintained in a public park and I am grateful for it! A must see!

Very good place to go to for beginner hikes! There's a fun lake, lots of playgrounds for children, an outdoor gym, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool nearby, and food nearby. It's easy to get to by bus and train as well!

I moved to Utah in 1982 and went to this park often while i was in 3rd grade. I moved fond memories. I moved away in 1984. Visiting today I found it peaceful, beautiful. Full of many different trees and plants. A happy stream running through. Definately worth a visit to relax from being a tourist.
