Read more about Confluence ParkWe love our local park! They just changed from wood chips to the soft rubber flooring, which is awesome. It has a beautiful view of Mount Olympus and is next to a huge grass field, baseball diamond, Pickleball court, and skate park. There are bathrooms next to the playground and in the summer there are awnings to provide some shade. There’s a fun zipline, teeter totter, swings for kiddos & for babies, and lots of room for climbing. It feels geared toward a little bit older kids but our nearly 3 year old has really been enjoying it.
Read more about Holladay ParkPark Review: A Perfect Spot for a Day Out This park is absolutely amazing—truly a hidden gem and the perfect place for a picnic or a relaxing day outdoors. One of the things I appreciated most was how clean and well-maintained everything is. The restrooms are in great condition, surprisingly nice for a public space, and easily accessible from all areas of the park. There are plenty of picnic tables scattered throughout the grounds, many of them shaded by tall, beautiful trees, so you can stay cool even on a sunny day. The shade throughout the park is incredible—it makes the whole place feel peaceful and inviting. The green space is vast and lush, perfect for laying out a blanket, playing catch, or just soaking in nature. There’s also a designated resting area with benches where you can unwind and enjoy the scenery. For dog lovers, the dogging area is a huge plus. It’s spacious, secure, and a great spot for your pup to run around and socialize. There’s also a ton of walking space, with wide paths winding through the park, ideal for a stroll or a jog. Families will love the playground, which is super fun and safe—kids will have a blast. And of course, parking is never a hassle thanks to the convenient parking lot right by the entrance. All in all, this park has everything you could want—clean facilities, natural beauty, tons of space, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend spending a day here!
