Amazing park! There are so many trees around this park that it has a lot of shade - even in the middle of the day. It's very fun and brightly colored. There is a pavilion with picnic tables, restrooms and a walking path. There is little grass around the playground (mostly wood chips) so it's best to sit on the benches or bring your own chairs or blankets. There is a beach volleyball court, but no net when we went (Sept 2025). Also, there are horseshoe pits, but you probably will have to bring your own equipment.

Very cool updated park. This park has been completely remodeled and the playground has been. I haven’t seen any playground quit like this one. Lots of shapes and things to climb on. Swings and slides. There’s a volleyball court if you bring a net. Several baseball fields and a huge pavilion with lots of tables. Also, uncovered tables around the park. We came at noon on a hot day but the playground is covered with trees and shade so we could play for a long time. Lots of parking!

DOG OWNERS BEWARE!! This is an incredible park—peaceful, shaded, and with a great playground that’s also covered by trees, which makes it perfect for kids. It’s usually quiet and a wonderful spot to relax or spend time outdoors. Perfect place to take a walk. The only downside is that there’s a regular visitor (middle aged woman) who seems to feel very territorial about the space. She has harassed others and myself in the park. If you have a well-behaved dog off-leash (even if it’s not bothering anyone), she will chase you around and threaten to call animal control. She does not want to share a public space with others. And that can really take away from an otherwise great experience.

This park seem really good. They have picnic areas baseball fields. They redid the playground so there’s lots of fun things and obstacles to play on. They have quite a bit of parking. It is mostly handicap and wheelchair capable and have some handicap wheelchair parking. It seems clean and well-kept. I would recommend this place if you want to have a picnic or just go hang out with the kids.

This park is great for every age. There is stuff for bigger kids and toddlers. It's fairly clean, places to sit & eat and LOTS of shade. The only negative is that objects take A LONG TIME to be fixed once they break.
