Goose droppings everywhere. A pretty place other than that. It used to have a real playground but it is gone and two fake boulders for kids to climb. That is really lame. The pond where the ducks are at stinks. The restrooms were unkept and stunk like urine and feces. Used to come here all the time but don't think I will after today.

This park was renovated a few years ago. There used to be an old, but fun playground that was great for toddler ages. It has since then been torn down and replaced with two large boulders. They're supposed to be climbable, but I hardly ever see people climbing it. There is a pavilion with a few picnic tables. There's also a public restroom and a little duck pond in the area. The parking lot is small, but I've never seen it full unless there was a bicycling event going on. The park gives you access to the Jordan River Parkway and the Jordan River. There are often people fishing in the water right in this area. It's a lovely park to rest at when you're taking a rest from a run or bike ride.

Went to Winchester to the Stergon blue moon on 8/31/2023. Photos are weak because I didn't have my tripod. Many people walking, riding bikes, and running on the Jordan River Trail that runs through this park. A beautiful place to exercise.

The paved path runs along a river which is nice to see along the way. It's clean and not crowded
