Absolute gem in the middle of thornton. Has picnic area with pavilion, and a kids playground. Dog friendly. Handicap accessible, walkable. Beautiful place to pass with the dogs or kids. There is free parking for about 20 cars.

Like to walk my dog here they are redoing it so should be nice when finished. I think the homeless camp was cleared out last week down by the creek, but was followed by a homeless guy…luckily I have a big protective dog so we just stopped and let him pass by. Also wish people wouldn’t let their dogs off leash here; not a good idea in the middle of the city, esp if you have multiple dogs. Looking forward to when they finish it. Edit: there was a whole crew out here yesterday cleaning up; they made it so much nicer out here! Thank you!!!

The trail itself is adequate, not very long, but if youre daring enough to go into and explore the greenbelt its a lot of fun. Be careful after dark there are coyotes around

Beautifully we're cared for and natural. Has lots of abundant wildlife that is surprising. Wetland's gravel desert and many trails to explore I love it

We went here for my daughter's girl scouts open space clean up. It is a nice open space but little upkeep. The trash cans were overflowing.
