Cute, quaint park. Could use a new play area. I’m sure I’m not the only one with toddlers. A gated toddler safe park would be awesome. Current slide is dangerous and not allot to play on . Just claiming items , 4 swings.

Great, convenient spot to let the dog run around, but other dog owners need to clean up behind their dogs to keep the place clean.

Making Improvements in visual appearance but due to a ridiculous bylaws owners aren't allowed to install surveillance on their units.
