This park is fantastic! Well worth the money to join. There are almost always lots of dogs for my boxer to play with. Also love the big walking path. Im able to get my steps in while my dog plays. I also really love that they have built hills into the park. The dogs love to run up and down them.

My Pup had such a good time running around the park! The grounds were well kept making it super safe for my little pup to run around with joy!

One of the largest off leash parks and trails in New Orleans. However it does require a fee, as of this posting you can buy a two week pass or an annual pass. Prices vary based on number of dogs.

Misleading listing 😣 it says “tickets $25.” So I assumed I could pay $25 and get in. I’m visiting from out of town, drove here with my dog expecting him to be able to play with some other dogs. And at the entrance we see the plaque that says you need to apply for a permit, and it will be approved or denied within SEVEN DAYS. So sad, the park looked so beautiful and well maintained from what I could see, so if I lived here I could see where the permit would be worth it. I wish it said “membership” or “private” or something in the title so it was more clear from the map listing.

Great park with a large space. Online application for permit was seem less. Friendly and well behaved dogs. They were responsive via email and answered within 2 hrs. Option to pay in person when you pick up the permit and tag or online but you still need to pick up the tag/key to get in. It can be returned in person or mailed back to them which is great if your schedule is packed with activities. They have 2 dog pools that you drain easily, and a fire hydrate water fountain, plus some balls, and other playgrounds for the pups. Would definitely recommend for dogs who enjoy making friends.
