Been coming here frequently for a few years now. Love hiking here the park is well kept and I wanted to give a shout out to the park rangers or whoever keeps this place clean! I have two dogs I bring and I always pick up after them. Which I know some people do but I wish everyone did! They do such a great job of picking up all the poop and making sure all trails are cleared when trees have fallen over as well! I appreciate yalls hard work! Here’s a few pictures throughout the years and different seasons. I would like to add a suggestion is it possible at the top to add another trash can before the main trail breaks off into the side trails? I feel this could help with the dog poop bags I see or just poo. I know my dogs are different compared to others, but they tend to let it all out before we reach all the trails.

Been here twice, once was around Christmas and again in May, both times was super beautiful and I really enjoyed it. We made it to the Shrine Road, and both times the Shrine played music around 10am, its so pretty, specially around Christmas, it plated for a long time. The bonus is being out in nature!!!

Visited the park in December, so it was covered with snow, I did enjoy it regardless of the cold. Beautiful scenery. Entry is free and there is a park office with helpful information. I recommend visiting

Absolute hidden Gem 💎! I’m surprised no one has really reviewed this area. If you are new I would highly recommend the Lower and medium columbine trails! We took the medium columbine trail up to Tunnel 1 and it was definitely worth the hike! Lots of 🌳s and we even saw a 🦌!
