This is easily one of the best all-around parks in the Denton area. We're local, and it's a fantastic spot for the whole family. For the Kids: There's so much for the kids to do. They love the playgrounds, and there's just a ton of open space for them to run around and burn off energy. For the Dog: The dedicated dog park is a huge plus for us. We have an Alaskan husky, and he needs a lot of room to run. The park is spacious, and the separate areas for large and small dogs are great. The walking trails around the park are also perfect for getting in a long walk with him. For Adults: It's just a really pleasant place to be. The trails are nice, it's great for a picnic, and it’s big enough that it never feels too crowded. It's clean, well-maintained, and has something for literally everyone in our family. Highly recommend it for any local family looking for a great day outdoors.

Great for a walk, great if you have kids, It can get pretty busy with kids and teenager sports events and the parking gets full early is always better. There’s a pond for fishing on a floating bridge to get you closer to the water. The dirt trail is great for walking or biking.

Great Park with two 18-hole disc golf courses. Beautiful Lake, playground, North Park, rec Center, and other athletic fields.

Great park with lots of room! This is our family favorite if we wanna go to the pond, on a morning sunrise run, play soccer, hit the baseball, and play volleyball. Also when it snows we do sledding!

I went one morning to fish, so pretty and quiet. Caught a few lil catfish which was returned to live another day. I don't eat catfish. I here there's more than catfish in that pond but I've never witnessed it myself. Anyway, happy fishing or not
