A little over 2 laps of the pond reported as 1.0 miles on my Garmin watch, but I did walk all of the Veterans Memorial side paths both laps. Nice to see remains of numerous red, white and blue flower arrangements on the retaining wall so it was used, the fallen were publicly well recalled just days after Memorial Day.

I held my wedding here at Oak Hill Park in the ballroom overlooking the pond and it was such a fantastic experience. Working with the staff starting with Ian their manager, Tim and Lillian their coordinators was totally fantastic. They were always very responsive and helpful by assisting us with meetings to figure out logistics ahead of time. Todd the on-site staff member was incredible the day of by setting up all the chairs on the deck and then moving them back into the ballroom around the tables. He went above and beyond by helping us clean up at the end of the event, which was totally unexpected, but completely welcomed. I highly recommend this venue and working with the staff who will help ensure that your event is top notch.

Not a big park, mostly shaded near the water, but trails without shade.

This is a beautiful park . We enjoyed Down Syndrome connection annual fundraising walk & picnic . It's perfect with large trees for shade and open space for sunny days and kiddos running around. great pond and play structure. Bathrooms are clean too.

Renovation of a playground is finished! Yay! Nice park for kids. For toddlers and school age children. Slides, swings and spins! Sand pit. Musical instruments like drums and xylophone. There is pond with ducks and geese. A lot of trees for nature lovers! Large grassy fields for running and volleyball field. Picnic tables. There are bathrooms too.
