Very clean and great place to play tennis
Read more about Danville StationGreat kids playground, busy on the weekend afternoon, but it is better than your average. It has a wild west theme and a huge sand area.
Read more about Osage Station ParkWe visited Rock City Park during the weekend after Christmas and had a great time with a group of kids that ranged from age 2 to 10. The park is located about half way up Mt. Diablo and the road winds and turns often, so if you get car-sick easily, you might not enjoy the ride. It costs $10 per car to access the park. There are a lot of large bouldes and interesting rock formations that we enjoyed exploring. There are also impressive views of the Bay Area, especially from the top of some of the larger rocks. After exploring the park, we had some snacks at one of the picnic tables. Visiting here is a great way to get kids out of the house for some simple and (basically) free fun.
