Very nice scenery. Relaxing essence there. We used to live down the street and it was very easy to get access to. Sometimes there can be a bit of 'city noise' depending on the time of day that you go. But in general it's pretty quiet and nice.
A good place for some queit alone time or even to share with a friend. A go too when you want to think and or meditate
I like to take my grandson here because I can close the two Gates to keep him in the park.. They need to clean it up. The last time I went there about three weeks ago, there was outside garbage, heavy overflow of trees and the grass/tall weeds were coming up through the rubber padding. Also, one the plastic slides has been cracked since early spring.
Beautiful garden very relaxing with views of the Hudson river
Very quiet park depending on what part of the day you attend.
