What dog owners are saying

Great spacious dog park right on Riverdale Ave! You would never think a dog park would be right here, but such a great way to use space on the empty patches of grass along the main road. There are 2 sectioned gates, a smaller and larger one. Benches, water bowls (no hose), and dropping bags. Itβs taken care of, not neglected at all. Itβs pretty quiet and empty whenever I go, great for the dogs to run around with no leash. Mini rocks, no sand. Not too close to the woods like most dog parks around here, which I like, because thatβs less ticks for me to worry about beyond the gated area that when they get closed to the edge, may catch on there. Def worth stopping by here if youβre in the Yonkers or Bronx area! Thereβs no name I see posted for this park.

Read more about North Hudson County Park - Dog ParkπIncredible view of The River! I went for first time Sunday November second & enjoyed an afternoon Bronx River Pathway. Saw lots of wild geese on the pond & people with canines on the trail towards the bridge. Reminds me a great amount of Central Park bridge across waters edge
Read more about Bronx River PathwayHillside Dog Park β such a great place! This park could honestly be a destination. We live in Hellβs Kitchen but are always happy to make the trip just to come here. Itβs big, has real soil (not just concrete), and dogs absolutely love it β they can dig, run, wrestle, and just go wild. The size of the park makes a huge difference β thereβs enough space for dogs of all sizes to play without feeling crowded. Itβs fun for them, and honestly, fun for us too. Everyoneβs friendly, and the energy is always good. Totally worth the trip β your dog will thank you. More about NYC on Instagram: @eevahn1
