Park-A-Pup Novato

Buster and Lady recently stayed with Park A Pup for 11 days. I called several times to inquire on how their stay was going and each time I got a positive review. I feel confident that the staff at Park A Pup are very knowledgeable about dogs and took very good care of our pups while we were away. I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for dog boarding. They really do care!

Trail day for my two French bulldog puppies was fantastic. I got two text updates during the day and when I picked them up they were happy and slept all the way home. The staff was friendly and helpful. And I got some great photo's of them. Wow, my experience was that Park-A-Pup Novato is a well oiled, fun, caring and professionally run machine. I can't wait for them to go back this week.

My puppy miniature poodle Coco Valentina went for a trial visit and she enjoyed it. I had previously visited and it was very clean and the people were very friendly. I will definitely send Coco for daycare simply so she can interact with other small dogs. She very very social.

Carmel LOVES going to Park a Pup. She can hardly wait to get in the door & never looks back! The staff is excellent & is very caring. Highly recommend them for your fur babies!

So grateful for Park-a-Pup! We adopted our sweet, yet anxious, hound mix about nine months ago. They were so helpful in the rehabilitation of our girl. They were also amazing at helping ME feel comfortable letting her go. We worked really hard with helping our pup gain confidence and feel secure, and Park-a-Pup helped so much with this. Within no time, she was able to walk into the play area on her own. We have also had to board her overnight, and I felt extremely confident in her wellbeing. I love how they check in with updates and photos, and will always answer the phone to answer any questions. Super grateful for Park-a-Pup and all of their amazing dog loving employees. You have made adopting a pup so much better not only for Lily, but for us, her family, as well. Thank you!
