We had a fantastic stroll along the Platte River. The parking lot at the northern end was a bit cramped, but there were plenty of spots available. The trail was flat and gentle, making it perfect for young kids and seniors. The two ponds were conveniently located and open from November to March. There are also several easy access points to the river, with sandbars filled with river rocks. Overall, it’s an excellent spot for a leisurely walk.

Pros -Has its charms and its smells. Very idyllic especially on the route near the south platte river. -Is gorgeous during sunset and sunrise at various locations. Cons -While it looks good it certainly doesn't smell that way depending on the day only thing that would keep it from a 5 star certain days ir goes to 3 stars. Overall would recommend hopefully u get lucky.

Nice place to watch birds and take some photos. In summertime/fall the big cottonwoods are very pretty. Quiet and not a lot of traffic on the road. There are walking trails and small playground. Porta potty on site. The parking lot is half paved so if you go after rain or snow be prepared to get your shoes and your vehicle muddy.

I really enjoyed this park with the family. It was an excellent distance and has many aspects to it. I would recommend for disc golf, small kids, people running or biking, and others who want to enjoy a walk around a body of water.

You were told a lie. Why follow me if you are going to run away when make a motion towards you? Kinda defeats the purpose,!! Jas anyone ever thought about as sling for my side of whatever BS reason it that you have to have an entire community or two Verses One and only Me ?? What is the reason?? I practically grew up in Chapperal Village. How or why now did you decide to pick me ?? Some of you I have known since you were babies. My mom has lived here or at least has owned her house here for over 20yrs and has reclaimed her house after my brother passed away recently. If it helps to know I sleep in my truck when I'm here because it breaks me out inside the house and awkward with my brother gone. I own a house in Bailey and is having repairs. This is where I stay in the meantime. Please check your Intel, I am positive you have or all wrong.. As for the Hill Bully with the Dually!? We will talk later in Bailey.
